These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and QianJianChuanGames ("QJC", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our games, websites, and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

When you submit or share content through the Services, you grant QJC a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

7. Virtual Currency and Items

• Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and are non‑refundable except as required by law.
• We may modify or discontinue virtual currency, items, and related features at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, or using unauthorized automation (bots, scripts).
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

9. Third‑Party Services

Some parts of the Services may integrate third‑party content or services (e.g., ads, analytics, payment). Your use of those is subject to their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QJC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

12. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts or through arbitration where required by law.
